So today should've been my day 5 of SUCCESSFUL Detox, but last night sled down the wrong tunnel and really quick. If I would've went home everything would've been all good, but instead I went to my parents home....where the girl scout cookies I ordered BEFORE I started this diet was waiting for me. Now I know I can't have any cookies until phase 2 but I had just spent $11.00 on those cookies so I thought I would indulge in a few, until a few bacame 12!! Then everyone in the house was having wendy's so instead of being sensible and getting salad I got a Spicy Chicken sandwhich with fries. So even tho I got out of line for a night, I'm back on and still feeling positive. I knew the weekends would be the hardest so I plan to stay strong, and get back to business. I have 9 months and 1 day until my 25th bday and I want to be "FIRE"...I mean I'm already pretty hot but I want to be my best hot self possible, lol! I'm not going to go back to Day 1 I can't fathom it, I'm just going to add one more day to my detox to make up for the day I messed up! XOXO....P.S I left the girl scout cookies at my parents home, I didn't even want the temptation!! Go Me!!

I initially started the Fat Smash Diet on Monday Feb.22 2010, but I failed horrible the first day...soo I restarted on Tuesday! I bought a scale last nite, and this morning I discovered that I've lost 2 pounds!!! I was so excited I was late to work this morning, too much jumping around I guess. So my mission is to stay focused, stay active, and STICK WITH IT!!! Losing weight has never been an issue for me, because I've done it before BUT I never finish what I started. I lose a couple pounds, somehow a new guys pops up in my life and I lose focus. Well not anymore, that is a thing of the past and I am pushing ahead to my lifetime goals. I've been praying a lot, and meditating so I hope this works.
