I do believe my energy level is beginning to increase. Feel a lot more alert mentally as well. Gonna keep on as best I can. Will be re-instagating the BB&E as soon as my groceries arrive, meantime, I will maintain as low carb as I can.

Think I will try and make my own mayo. The commercial ones either have unhealthy oil or are way to pricy. If this is going to be my WOL, I need to have the best products. I am trying to get to the point where OMAD is enough. That should take care of eating expense, as I would just need coffee, cream, butter, and food for one meal a day. I have been trying to stick with Power Ade Zero instead of carbonated beverages, but gotta have an energy drink occasionally (taurine keeps my heart in rythm).For all of you who don't know, the only carbonated cola anyone should drink is Diet Rite. All of the ones with Aspartame are asking for trouble. As in blindness and eye bleeds. A few weeks ago, my son bought me a Diet P**si and within 3 hours of drinking it, I had sever eye bleeding. I KNEW it caused it because I had to take a friend to have shots placed directly into his eye secondary to bleeding from Aspartame. Heads up people - that's not all the side effects!

Always hate end of month. Will have to wing it until my grocery supplies come in. Keeping low carb even though I had to turn down a BAG of Hershey's Kisses (my fav) and a breakfast bar yesterday. Feeling better this morning. Maybe I cut it too low too quick.

Not really hungry; got the inside jitters though, which usually means low sugar. I'm going to fill it with protein/fat though to see how that goes.
