That’s another day done ✅, just taking time out to enjoy a coffee while I think about how my day went 🤔 weather wise it’s not been very good, the mist rolled in off the sea and has hung around the whole day. It’s that horrible rain that soaks you and goes right through you. Suffice to say I stayed in 😉 besides l was waiting for a couple of parcels (set of scales and a bit for my bike) The scales are to help me with portions sizing and get a grips with how much I should be eating as apposite to piling food on my plate and eating for “three” lol 😂. I haven’t quite got the portions right yet but it’s early days. I am also looking a different food groups to add variety to my bland diet, l like the look of a number of the meals others have posted so I am going to try those. Well I hope everyone is safe and well. Catch up soon 👍🙏👍

Mixed day today, woke up feeling like l was going to be sick 🥺, l shot out of bed and spent the next four hours doing just that. I had so much planned for today, a bit of shopping to get fruit, veg and snacks for the week. Once I returned from shopping I was going to ride my road bike but all that changed 😡 it wasn’t till much later in the day that I was able to keep food and fluids down. End result is l have not been able to take my full RDI, around 500 calories short. I will make up for it in the next couple of days. Hope tomorrow is better for me.

This years has had its ups and downs that’s for sure and this horrible virus has not helped either. Stepped on the scales a few days ago and thought it was time to take action and get my weight under control. Only got to loose 50 lbs 🥴🥴 by the beginning of next year (17th Jan) weather was glorious today so l went for a walk in the local hills 8.82miles. Definitely sleep well tonight .
