tiny progress - better than nothing. had some bad days - low calorie but just ate carbs - withmy pcos - that is a big no no must always have protein with carbs!! wrote an exam - did well - rewarded myself with DQ burger - wasn't even yummy at all. so lessons learned,
need more activity!!!

I had three amazing days - great diet phnomenal work outs - then - two not so good meals - one consisting of hand cut fries - which were not so good anyways and another this morning - I had a craving for a Mcbreakfast...2.5 hash browns - 1 hot cake, a mcmuffin, yogurth parfait and followed by a grande non-fat decaf latte. and of course a 20 minute brisk walk. but I'm going to be really good for the rest of the day for fear of clogges arteries and recollection of how self- hating I was earier in the week when I" had a full bad day - its just not worth it! I've found an on-line work out /meal tracker so I've been using it - very helpful.

I am having a stressful home life - I just want to give up and run away from my weight problem -it makes me feel awful.

:( ok I am up 1.6 lbs. so, I am thinking of what I ate - I had my one bad day two days ago. I've shifted into drinking more water - I'm in the middle of my menstral cycle - these things could easily shift my weight up slightly. So, I've got to kep at it. back on the saddle - I've just had a reasonable lunch and will go for my run this afternoon. Today - I'll try to run at five minute intervals instead of 4. I'm going to use my points tracker again just incase I am off beat without being aware - so positive positiv - but really I'm pretty disappointed:( So many people in my meeting have lost tonnes of weight and I'm certainly losing and rebounding at the most frustrating rate!
I've edited my goal to reflect a goal that is attainable and closer to where I am - the 10% body weight goal...so I'm trying to focus
oh, well - I'll keep at it and we'll see next week.

Thanks Jana-2007 for your comment - yesterday was just well, too much food - but on the bright side - none of the food was junk or necessarily unhealthy food - so i feel that is good - and today I went for a nice long run to compensate for it - I don't have that hollow feeling today - it could have been from some emotional thing or related to my cycle - i find on day 14 and fifteen hungry hungry hungry. So I'm over it. I weigh in tomorrow ...and I knowhow you felt about not wanting to know - but I'm gonna go - I'm gonna weigh in - and then continue....
