Its been a steady week, after my 'indulgence' weekend with my family being in Bali without me I did over indulge just a bit, well OK more than a bit, but then this week has been back to normal so the weekend gains have been lost and this morning Im back to the weight I was last Friday, all good. BTW the family had an amazing time which I was really pleased about.

well its one full day into being on my own for a few days, I was supposed to be in Bali, my wife and two daughters with their partners are there, but my renewed passport didn't arrive in time (long story) so Thursday night off they went. Funny (hilarious) thing is this trip was to be for my wife's and my birthday, hers is late March, mine early May, so we thought lets go to Bali in April to celebrate. Funny thing about passports and Indonesia (for those contemplating going) if you don't have six full months on your passport from your return date, they wont let you in the country, which makes a complete mockery of having a 10 year passport. Oh well, shit happens, they are there in poolside rooms in a five star hotel, and Im here :( My bachelor Friday night consisted of me falling asleep in front of the TV), what an exciting life I lead LOL. So tonight I ill take my Dad out for dinner, he has Cancer and its terminal, though we are hopeful the Chemo will give him some more time, then Sunday hmmmm what shall I do Sunday? bars, strip clubs, Casino or call an old girlfriend? Nope washing and watch all 8 episodes of True Detective back to back while drinking a couple of bottles of wine. Can I live people or what? Have a great weekend everyone :)
