Well today I am back to normal with my eating habits. This week I was skipping meals and having too many Atkins products. I stayed under 20 NC this whole week but I probably won't see a loss in the scale. Now I'm back to eating 3 meals a day plus one snack and I feel good. For breakfast I ate 2 fried eggs with a serving of hot sauce, 3 Vienna sausages, and a glass of Diet Iced Tea. For lunch I had half a chicken breast with cheddar and bacon, a cup of baby spinach with bleu cheese dressing, one pickle spear, and 2 hot & spicy wings along with 2 cups of Diet Iced Tea. For snack I had an Atkins shake and for dinner I tried the Ragu meatloaf from the recipe challenge along with 3 cups of water. Wasn't too hungry so I just ate the meatloaf alone but it was goooood!

I started exercising too, today I did 30 min. of brisk walking. I want to try to keep that up for a week straight and then add on gradually. I'll probably have to chalk this week up as a loss but next week I will for sure see some loss on the scale even if it's just 1 or 2 lbs......Today's NC was 15.42.....

So this week I've been weighing myself every other day just to see how I'm doing and if I'm losing. Unfortunately I don't think I am going to have a loss this week because I keep weighing in the same weight or maybe half a pound less. I really need to look back into my diet calendar because I don't understand why. I've been keeping my carb count very low. Could it be the introduction to the Atkins products? Could it be because my calorie count and carb counts are too low? maybe I'm having too much salt in my diet or need to drink more water? If anyone has any idea feel free to give me advice on what I am doing wrong or what I can do to keep the weight loss going. The past two weeks I've been consistently losing around 4 lbs a week. I hope I can figure out what it is so I can fix it and keep the weight loss going.....

Well, today for breakfast I ate two hard boiled eggs, two medium stalks of celery cut with 1 tbsp of cream cheese inside, diet iced tea and an Atkins Shake. For lunch I ate 6 hot and spicy chicken wings with baby spinach, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar and 2 tbsp of bleu cheese dressing along with 4 cups of water. For dinner I ate chicken breast with bacon and cheddar and a pickle with a cup of Sierra Mist Free. For snack I had another Atkins shake. This would be more like my typical meal but this past week I have had no appetite so my calorie count has been low and my carb count has been very low also I've been having an Atkins product instead of a meal. I don't know what could be going wrong. Hopefully you guys can help me figure it out. Maybe it's just a plateau and I need to start incorporating a consistent exercise routine. Shoot, it could be all of those reasons....Hope the funk ends soon!

I haven't been able to keep up with the journals because it's been such a stressful week. But things are looking better now and I'm feeling better. I was down in the dumps all week but luckily I didn't let it affect my diet. I've made so much progress I can't go back now! I weighed 217 pounds when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter and now I'm at 176.5! Everything has been going well, the one really great thing is that my appetite is still gone and I have no desire to find it. My main meal is during lunch time or sometimes breakfast and it is usually a very low carb meal. If this is ketosis, I am LOVIN it!

I was planning on starting my exercise regime tomorrow but I fell down the stairs at school (Yea, laugh) and I sprained my foot (ok ok stop laughing).....No but it was funny too bad no one saw it happen so I had to laugh alone until I realized I messed up my foot. So now I'm limping around and the exercise regime will have to wait. Aww so sad.....

Foodwise, for breakfast I had an Atkins shake. For lunch I had a can of tuna, 2 tbsp of mayo, a slice of onion chopped, and a serving of salad greens along with water. For dinner I had an Atkins bar and more water. Wow, it looks so meager when typing it. That's all I ate? Damn, and I'm not even hungry. That CANT be good. Can it? Well I guess it also helps when you don't have any damn food in the house. I need to go to the supermarket tomorrow stat because all I have left in the house is CAAARRRRBBBBBSSSS! I have absolutely no appetite at all. I almost have to force myself to eat because I will go through half of the day like "Oh, crap it's 1:00pm and I haven't eaten anything!" That's not a good thing because I know it can stall my weight loss. I've just been under a lot of stress and have a lot of very important decisions to make and it is all just diminishing my appetite. Today the only real meal I had was lunch. For breakfast I had water and an Atkins bar. For lunch I had tuna fish with 2 tbsp. of mayo, 1 small onion slice chopped, a serving of mediterranean blend salad, and some shredded cheddar cheese. I drank water and Diet Green Tea with lunch. For dinner I had more water and another Atkins bar and as a snack during the day I just drank an Atkins shake. I don't feel hungry at all and I don't know what to do. I will probably have to set my cell alarm to remind me to eat every 4 hours or something if this keeps up....I just tried the Atkins products and they really don't compare to the real deal but they are good enough and I am like addicted now. I am going to limit it to one Atkins product a day so I don't go overboard and not eat the food I'm supposed to be eating. I went two meals with just Atkins products. That's crazy to me. Plus they are not cheap so I think I'm just going to have it once in a while as a treat. Plus the food diary is making my carb intake look crazy when in reality all I had was 10 NC today not 30. I like seeing the low number on screen. Why don't they subtract the sugar alcohols?

I haven't fully committed myself to exercising yet. But I am taking baby steps. Lately when I drive to school I park on the opposite side of campus and walk to my class. It's a nice walk especially on a beautiful day like today. I get to enjoy the scenery around me as well such as trees, pretty flowers, cute guys, and animals.....lol.....Well, that's all for today......til next time.......
