Hello FS community!
Just wanted to write a little journal update for all of those that are helping motivate me and have in the past checked out my progress. I realized after I was diagnosed with a crushing chronic illness - C-EDS and most likely severe gastroparesis and being forced to retire from elite professional figure skating as a very active person and became bound to my bed and then to a wheelchair that my limited diet of plain foods, no fruits and veggies, that I needed to keep an eye on my weight and diet.
My original weight goal was just to put a number into the system. I am already blessed with a relatively skinny frame and that weight would be extremely dangerous for someone of my stature. However, I do need to keep an eye in future on my weight and relative intake for purposes of further diagnosis, flares, and to insure I am not losing weight or gaining weight too quickly.
I appreciate all of your support and look forward to keeping an eye on everyone else's progress.
