Two pounds! I can't believe how it just came off! It's so ex-freaking-citing!!!!!!!!!
I admit, sometimes I lose heart, thinking I'm not going to lose weight before the prom, but I never EVER want to quit counting my calorie and excercise, I feel to great!!! And with these uplifting results, that just motivates me even more!!! I owe my life to this website and the encouraging people that have pepped me in my journey (maybe that's a bit overdramatic, but I'm freaking ecstatic!). I'm not near the end, but I see it just over the horizon! I can clearly see my-self, walking into that dress store to order my dream prom dress, and not having to worry about my size! And even further than than, continue being who I want to be and doing what I love while feeling comfortable in my body. Great start to Senior year!!!!
BTW, I am starting school Monday, so I need some people to be on my back. If I seem to fall and you notice, I beg you to call me on it.

I read in a low fat pamphlet that I should be eating 33-58 grams of fat, so just started keeping track of that. Hopefully that should have some effect, I'm crossing my fingers.

Haven't written a journal in a while, but continued to stayed committed nonetheless. Gained a half a pound, but that was probably from re-balancing my body from pushing my calorie intake too low.
I got some shape-ups and am using them in my walking. I see a slight difference in the workout. School starts next week, but plan to keep everything up.

Through baby sitting my nephews, so back to exercise on Monday.
Since I've done this for practically a month, I'm going to try and take it further. Mostly natural and healthy. Going to search nutrition menus to get the healthiest stuff. Want to get "Eat this not that" to aid.
The thing about this is, I don't want it to be too complicated. I don't want there to be so many layers to it. Simply eat healthier portions/ options, and exercise most of the week. So, I'm crossing my fingers!
Trying to get myself back to speed, but haven't gone over FatSecret's given RDI... I'll go back to 1500 tomorrow or Sunday after a brief period of catching up for the drag.

Got on the scale today, lost alittle but not tracking it. I had my senior pictures today so I didn't have much exercise. There was a good amount of walking during the outside photos. I've got to babysit my nephews the rest of the week so no leslie sansone. I think ill use plenty of energy coralling a 7year old and 1year old at the same time. Lol.
I felt so drained after my pictures, and I had felt bad since I had decided to lower my calorie count, so I felt that it was time to bring back the extra one hundred calories. I ate around to 1800 to make up for lost time, but I will stick to my 1500 limit over these "sedentary" days and bring back my execising. Lots of work to get done stil...
