Made through Friday afternoon without indulging in sugar. Dinner is chicken studded zucchini with red sauce and parmesan cheese and homemade garlic bread. Not a single cookie was tempting enough to make it into my steel trap psyche

Finding my stubborn.
I've been reminding myself that I can be hungry and I am in fact not starving. I've logged my food and my exercise, I have a weigh in coming and I'd like change. I'd like to get to the point where I have a surplus of calories so I can have a cookie

Today is a HUGE success!
I only had one cookie as a reward for going to the market for groceries! No bags for me
I also bought pad thai for lunch and mixed in my snack veggies...I had three small mindless bites AND PUT THE REST IN THE FRIDGE! I have lunch for tomorrow and maybe the next day as well!
Two times I redirected my thinking. Soon I won't have to rethink. Soon.

Three separate walks around the building, one for a cup of joe, one to refill my water and one to get rid of some coffee. Made it thought the day without one single donut hole or otherwise. One day at a time

I need to reset my brain, I feel like I should be able to reward me with treats in the form of high sugar things. A lap around the building would be healthier.
Time for a walk.
