Fell off the healthy food wagon for the last little bit. Camping was the start ... going back to recording my food again now and trying to eat healthy. Back to training twice a week.
Working on my goals...Gathering materials to make a vision board. Trying to curb my spending and pay down my debts. College loans just started being due. Ugh.

I'm down 1.1 pounds this week. I could have eaten better, but, I haven't had any gluten or ice cream for 5 days. It has been hard at times. Yesterday I really wanted a bagel.
I'm also really tired....but I've been told that is part of detoxing from gluten.
I only exercised once this week. I started back up with my personal training sessions. We used the TRX this week.
I drank every day this week after work almost every day. That's some empty calories there. I need to cut back on that. I signed up for the no drinking except Saturday challenge so that should help there.
Some of my foods are approximations. Like the Thai, wasn't from Trader Joes - it was from a whole in the wall Thai place where she makes everything fresh. My smoothie wasn't the one I picked its one of the spa creation ones and I haven't been able to get the exact details on it.
We are going camping tomorrow. Some hiking will be involved in that. Usually there is a lot of eating crap food and drinking while we camp. I'm going to try to take some foods that I can eat and maybe vodka and seltzer that I can sip on instead of chugging beer.
I'm good to go for training twice next week, plus karate. If I can squeeze a buti yoga session in I will.
I start my orientation for volunteering next week as well.
Got my hair done yesterday. I feel amazing. It has some bounce to it, and since I feel prettier than usual, I have a bounce in my step.
My steps recently have been around 5K which is better than then the 2500 they were at.
Things are looking up.

Yesterday wasn't so great. The food wasn't so bad, but we went to a Brewery and then a Meadery... I did walking around down town yesterday for our street art festival.
Today, so far so good. I did my wake and shake. I've already had 30 ounces of water.
I have joined two challenges to help keep me motivated.
I start again with my personal trainer tomorrow. She will help me whip my butt back into shape.
I picked up my bountiful basket Saturday which gives me plenty of fresh produce to get me started.
Didn't pack my lunch today but will prep tonight for the rest of this week.
