Ok, for the Challenge....I did exercise some, and had alot more water than usual. I feel really good today, despite lack of sleep and stand still on my weight for week 1. I put on my toning shoes, but today is errand day. My Blood Sugar was still high this morning at 169. But I feel good. :)

44 oz water today...Just sucked down 28 oz of it just now before bed and gotta pee already. lol

Yesterday had 32 oz water! Yay! That's about 32 oz more than usual..lol

Yesterday, I did a ton of walking (shopping in Walmart for hours..lol) and seemed to stay hungry all day. I was having a craving to eat between lunch and dinner, not too long after lunch! I had a sensible meal, even tho the veggies I ate were carbs. I didn't make rice with my peas so I was happy about that. :) I was over the calories that I wanted to eat, but under 2000, so I guess that's ok too. For now.
My kids will be back from camp at 2:30 this afternoon! So, until then, I am planning to get in some exercise!
I do good when I stay at home, and there is nowhere that I need to be today, so things are looking good!
2 more days until weigh in!

So far today, I had plenty of sleep last night, woke up so early (4am). Went to Walmart. I was starving when I left and had McD's. Then had it AGAIN for Lunch. BAD. So, my goal is to not have any more McD's for the rest of the month. I love those fries.
I bought a yoga mat, a NEW pedometer since mine broke last week, and a Jillian Micheal's yoga workout. I also ran into a guy offering me some martial arts classes coming up soon. So I have a variety of work out activities that I plan to do.
Goals:
*No McDonald's!!
*plan and DO 30 min exercise daily. At least 3 days of in home workouts. (videos, wii fit, ab circle) Then gardening, outdoor stuff, usual things....
*Drink more water
*wear pedometer every day, aim for 10,000 steps
