This past week was a mess. I really don't feel like I got anything accomplished at all.
I don't see any results after 2 weeks of IF, i dont feel any better, and my weight remains unchanged.
I have done my best and stuck almost perfectly to my 16:8 (except yesterday where it was actually 18:6.)
Calorie cycling sucks but its not actually hard. But I'm doing everything the doctor and now 2 dieticians told me and making zero progress. I'm frustrated.

I really f'd up today, barely logged anything and ended up falling asleep and losing the last couple hours of my food window. now I'm hungry and I'm SOL.

After a week of playing a little fast and loose with the rules because of school vacation I can finally get my butt back on track. but after tracking my intake lately I realize that what I'm eating is probably not the problem as much as the dietician thought it was. we'll see what she has to say this morning after she looks over my stuff. i suspect that my activity level is the problem, unfortunately my jobs may prevent me from losing the weight that i need to. so i may need to consider serious change in career or something.

**Totally Gross and Definitely TMI Alert**
I've been doing 16:8 fasting for exactly 7 days and I mostly feel awesome.
But I'm having some... bathroom issues...
First off, I'm a bloaty gassy disaster 90% of the day.
Second, the frequent and urgent poop situation, or shituation if you will, is horrible. At least 5-8 times a day it's like *YOU HAVE 1 MINUTE TO FIND A BATHROOM OR ITS HAPPENING YOU HAVE NO CHOICE* this makes it really difficult to do a lot of things. Grocery shopping for instance, oh boy that was amazing. I had to abandon my cart and bolt TWICE.
I really hope this is just a temporary side effect and not my new life because it's really unpleasant.
