Happy to have maintained at 213 lbs since my last weigh in......up and down food-wise these past few weeks (some days better than others) but I have tried to be sensible even though I hadn't checked in on FS during that time.

Loving the self-nurturing mini-challenges.....my focus button has been pressed and I am ready to go !!

Happy to record I did a 22 hour fast and ate a protein high meal of mainly fish, average amount of veg and small amount of couscous, followed by yogurt and chocolate.
Will try to do another 22 hour fast tomorrow starting with an Atkins bar at 5pm then a meal with Ian when he gets home at 6:30.
I have a 'food window' of 2 hours; so if I start at 5 end at 7 I can fast again for another 22 hours.
I'll record how I feel throughout this IF time.
I am trying to keep my fluid intake up during my fasted state which is obviously having an effect on the number of loo trips I take!

Well, the culmination of the frustrating and stressful time this past 24 hours has resulted in me overeating a large bar of fruit & nut Toblerone which I had bought for a xmas present....I have documented everything here because if I didn't I would only be cheating myself and not learning from it!
I have factored in a reduction in the rest of my intake so my calories are mainly the chocolate....not healthy, I know but it's done now.
My fasting period continues though, and I will make amends by very careful choices of food over the weekend.
I plan to weigh myself on Monday morning.

As I said yesterday, I DID keep on track with my IF, even though I didn't actually sit down to eat anything until 5pm due to the driving and various card drop offs along the way to Charlie's !
Felt great and really enjoyed my meals. It was as also really good updating Charlie about the site and IF...he does IF and tracks his intake & macros on his phone, so we had a lot in common to chat about which is always nice :)
He showed me how to get the FS mobile app on my phone which will enable me to scan barcodes :)
I started my eating at 2pm (am trying to keep to that start time each day) and finished at 8pm (this maintains me at 18:6) though the chinese we ordered was enough to last us both over 2 separate meals each!! The foo yung I had was calculated at 700g in weight (possibly over-estimated ?) and I was glad I didn't order rice with it which I usually do.
I have therefore split the calories/info and will have the same meal tomorrow at 7pm.
I am finding it easy to 'fill up' on liquids to keep me going until my eating period. The only downside to that is the need to pee on a regular basis, so my shopping times tomorrow will have to be carefully worked out :)

After keeping on track with my IF time schedule and meals I felt happy enough to step on the scales today....I have obviously 'pulled it back' from the previous over-eating I documented, as I have still maintained the half stone loss from beginning my weight loss journey on here :)
So I am a happy and relieved bunny right now, and even though I am travelling up north to stay at Charlie's today, I plan on sticking to IF and recording food intake.
