I’m just hella mad. Why? Joe, Diana, Diablo to start with. You get the drift who I am aiming at 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I’m not mad at THEM. 😂 I’m jealous and envious of the work they kept putting in. I’m mad at how my last 18 months have been. I’m mad that I lost my willpower and drive to keep “beasting” like I had for years.
So I decided to reflect on why I’m not pushing like I was and it’s been eventful. I moved and my stress levels sky rocketed. I injured my hip and that was a total of 6 months I wasn’t able to be in the “game”. I recovered and got back into it, my weight ⬆️ 🤬Ugh; got a lil temporary help 💉. ✅ and ✅ , weight quickly back down to my usual range. Now I’m ready to rebuild 💪🏻🦵🍑, it’s going to be easy as I know exactly what to do (miss me some “Muscle Mike 🥲) Oh wait I’m not rebuilding instead I’m having a goddamn hysterectomy with all the bells and whistles. So here I am recovering and needing to be extra careful. It sucks and I really wanted to get back into my flow. Oh well. It’s called life I suppose. What I’ve not done is spiraled out. I’m choosing to sit with my feelings and thoughts. It’s not like I can lift them away and excessive eating gets me further away from my goals.
I realized that I’m living life, things come and go. Life happens. I readjust my sails AGAIN and for the umpteenth time. I’m wiser and older but still me. I look forward to the second half of my life. Yes I plan to live to almost a 100 🥳🥳🥳
Oh and I’m not hella mad anymore. Let me go drink water

⬇️ been staying under 1700 cals, eating all food groups including 🍷 but tracking much more closely than for a while, it’s the only thing that works 🥲 I’m sick n tired of weighing and measuring but we gotta pick our battles. I had my “boost” my “help” April-August but since its been all me again. I know what to do
