WATER FAST UPDATE
DAY 4
I’m actually surprised that I’ve come this far 😮
I no longer feel hungry , I have been experiencing mild light headedness especially if I make sudden movements such as getting up . I’m easily getting tired after simple house chores but besides that , I’m perfectly fine. on top of my occasional tea and coffee , I’ve been taking salt and multi vitamins so that my nervous system doesn’t suffer during this water fast.
I’m about to take a midday nap which I never do at all but I guess since I’m running on low energy, I’m that tired . I haven’t weighed myself yet. I will weigh on day 7
Keep on pushing for your goal 💪🏼

WATER FAST UPDATE
END OF DAY 2
Well what I wished for happened ! I started feeling hungry just before bed last night and so I slept through the hunger . Woke up feeling A-ok 😊 ddnt have any hunger pangs during the day .
I’m so happy about that but I realized that I mostly eat when I’m bored and boy was I bored today ! But girl had to stay strong and stay on track 😂💪🏼
As far as physical wise , I don’t feel any difference. I think it’s because I’ve done a 6 days water fast before ( which was very hard ) so now my body is a bit used to the no food periods . I also haven’t started experiencing headaches as I did last time on my day 2 so all is good so far !
Day 3 , here I come !!!

WATER FAST UPDATE
END OF DAY 1
So today wasn’t hard and I ddnt feel hungry at all .
I know not everyday is going to be like today but I’m glad I ddnt struggle on the first day 😅
I spent my day working and watching a few water fast testimonials on YouTube just to give me a good push .
I made sure that I ddnt consume myself with the thoughts of how all the delicious food in my house taste 😂. I also spent my day interacting with you guys here and that gave me even more motivation to do this , so thank you guys !
I started my day with my lemon- ginger concoction and had cups of water , tea and coffee through out the day .
Today actually made me realize that I am stronger than I thought. The fact that I have taken this step shows how much I really want this and I don’t want to let myself down. I will complete these 29 days left. Looking forward to day 2!!!
Keep pushing , u are not in this alone !

Fell off the wagon due to life happenings and actually reached my highest weight ,91 kgs . I’m so disappointed but feel motivated to embark on a 30 day water fast which I’m starting tomorrow, 8 July .
My goal is to lose 35+ pounds . I will be daily documenting my journey here so feel free to follow 😊😊 I’ve seen it work for many people , it will work for me and maybe for you too !
In these 30 days , I will be drinking water , unsweetened/no milk tea and coffee and a “ginger , lemon , cayenne pepper, tumeric , honey “ concoction 😊
I will also be taking a tablet a day of multivitamins
Just to make sure i have enough of those since I will not be eating any food .
Let’s do this !
