Went to gym today for the first time since my wisdom teeth were removed. Got on their scale and I’m still at 163. That’s with leggings and cotton top on (also wear super light shoes), so I don’t think my clothing weighed more than a pound. Worked out for 40 mins. I usually work out for an hour and do some light lifting. Today I had appts and couldn’t commit that much time. Trying not to be frustrated as I’ve (except for Tuesday night wine fest 🙄) been at or under my Macros and calories. On the upside my clothes fit much looser and I feel good.

I’ve been sidelined from working out since my wisdom teeth removal and then had some tattoo work done 3 days ago. Just been resting and healing. Eating within my macros so not super concerned about gaining. I’ve decided to increase my carbs from 20g a day to 30g. I feel like this is a good place to be. I don’t want to stress about being in ketosis constantly. I feel good now and I don’t wish to go back to eating any pasta or bread. I had some black beans the other day and it was good, again I stayed within my macros. That will be my goal, IIFYM. Going to introduce quinoa back into my diet maybe tomorrow. Found a fantastic new dip at Costco. Almond based with flax and chia, very delicious.

Delicious homemade Bacon, jack cheese and zucchini frittata!! Fiancé loved it! All Keto and delicious. Doesn’t look like much but it was so yum!

Today looks like a bad day but I had two wisdom teeth removed. No food until 2pm then just soft cooled down foods. I know I need to eat but terrified of dislodging the growing clot. Did my best. Will probably have sugar free jello and more bone broth for dessert (and maybe make some whipped cream for the jello for the fat). 👍🏻
