I'm back on fatsecret.com, and looking forward to what I am hoping this will be the last effort at weight loss for me. Hoping that I will not only succeed with the weight loss, but with maintaining that weight loss as well.
I went swimming with my daughter yesterday, and realized just how out of shape I was as I felt the burn in my thighs and arms. However, after I finish my studying for my classes today, I will be back in that pool today. I may as well start somewhere, so a swimming pool seams like a good point.
I'm on day two of the fat load phase of the hcg plan I am following, and tomorrow will begin the low calorie phase. Please feel free to send me a buddy request, I am looking for all of the support I can muster up.

I am starting the hcg diet, using 1234 diet drops. Today is day 2 of my fat load day, then I will be attempting to stick with a low calorie plan of 800 calories per day. I've done this before, but didn't stick with it, so am hoping for success this time around.
