SHOCKED when I got on the scale this morning! I've been feeling bloated the past few days, positive it was from occasional carb consumption last week. Got back to KETO WOE a few days ago and the weight is, again, just falling off. Let's see this trend continue!

Stuffed hamburger steak with tricolor sauteed bell peppers, mashed rutabagas and sliced Jersey tomatoes with Italian vinaigrette.

Thankful for an answer to my prayer for a new part-time job today. It was worth the risk I took taking the day off from my #1 part-time job and throwing caution to the wind, following my instinct and going to Pottery Barn AND William Sonoma for a shot at a #2 part-time job today. The Pottery Barn was not starting interviews until tomorrow, but was my first choice because I have worked for them before. One of the managers that I DID meet was very enthusiastic about my chances at being hired.
I then went down the way to William Sonoma, that had a HIRING sign outside the door! I was greeted warmly, explained why I was there and found that I was speaking to the manager, a very sweet, energetic young woman. She interviewed me on the spot. We had a wonderful conversation and she hired me right then and there! I start next week and am so looking forward to work in an environment for people who love to cook! WOOHOO!
