Hi, I am married and a mom of a gorgeous and absolutely wonderful 3 1/2 year old named Grace. I recently went to the doctor and found out my bad cholesterol is too high. I need to lower within 2 months or else I will need to start taking medicine. I really would like to try and lose weight and change my eating habits enough to lower the cholesterol without the medicine. I have never been motivated more. I am 40 years old and want to be around a very long time for my daughter and my husband too. I am from the Chicago area. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, but do media and marketing consulting part-time from my home.
