I'm doing a cleansing of body and spirit. Fasting for a week each month for 5 months (water only). Which means I'll have to be quite strict while I am eating in order to ensure my body replenishes nutrients and whatnot. Quite excited about it, and quite excited to have found this site to track what I eat!
