I am 49 years of age. My job entails me sitting behind a laptop most of the day, getting little to no exercise. However I have the opportunity to walk daily. I do a bit of yoga and calisthenics daily, but only at beginner level. I want to look and feel good again. And be confident. Weight loss, fitness and muscle retention is my goal.
