My name is Walker and I live in Cleveland, OH. I injured back sometime around September 2009. I later found out that I had a slight disc herniation. Since then, I took a vow to become a lot healthier seeing as an injury like that is rare for my age.

My first step involved me quitting smoking on November 20th, 2009, and I haven't even thought of smoking a cigarette since then. I embraced foods a little too much, and gained a fair amount of weight. Once my back began to heal (Its one HELL of a long process), I began to exercise again. I started with P90X, then got a gym membership and have been going daily.

When I began this process 5/17/2010, my body fat was a little over 14% and I weighed 180.4. I'm now down to 164 with around 9% body fat. I'm hoping to increase my lean muscle mass to further expedite my back's healing. My ultimate goal is to my body fat percentage decrease or remain stagnant while hopefully seeing an increase in weight but only through the growth of lean muscle tissue.
