9/4/24 Update

Almost ten months after a baby finally feeling that I can have 5 normal meals.
Current plan is to aim for 2000-2100 calories daily.
We’ll see where it’ll get me


16/1023 Update:
My current plan is to decrease slowly average calorie intake by 10%.

Macro focus is on protein (70-105g), fiber (30-35g) and average calorie count 2300.
Due to lactation process it is as if I were consuming 1800kcal. Extra 500kcal is due breastfeeding.

28/5/23 Update:
Since one week I feel that something has shifted and 9th month has started. So I have shifted only to calorie tracking on the next day. I’m basically eating totally intuitively and honouring all my cravings. Somehow this feels most appropriate for this time.

Hello, my current goal is to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight gain reaching no more than 72-74 kg by June 24 (which will be the recommended extra 10lbs from pre pregnancy weight).

My inspirations are:
1) Elle Ip for a very slow weight loss approach,
2) Abbey Sharp for all food group inclusivity approach,
3) Heyfossa for attentiveness to hunger and satiety factors.

Methods for reaching my goal is to hold the habit for 120 days (until July 17, 2023):
1) Gold - upload all meal photos, record calories, put down utensils between bites,
2) Silver - upload all meal photos, put down utensils between bites,
3) Bronze - put down utensils between bites.

In my vocabulary there are no words like diet (in the sense of a restricted time of eating only in a specific way), healthy, clean, reward, good/bad food, detox, cheat meal/day, alkaline gut/blood.

Macro focus is on protein (70-105g), fiber (24-35g) and weekly calorie count(11000-14000).
