I am in my 50's and a mother of 4 grown children and 17 grandchildren. I am happily married and I work outside the home. Weight has been an issue since I had my children in my 20's, I just never lost the pregnancy weight and carried it back with the next pregnancy. I love to eat and I find comfort when stressed or sad in food. I want to be around for my children and grandchildren so I am starting 2009 and eating healthy and getting excercise. I can use all the help and motivation on this journey..............so please join me in this new lifestyle!
