I am 26 years old, married 6 years ago ... went through some serious health issues and delivered my two daughters through c-section, the first operation I woked up in the middle of the operation I felt similar to situation were in a war and thought my lower half is chopped, sooooooo much pain cant just described through words. Second operation is different they inject my spinal so i dont fell my lower half and i was there and saw what they are doing through the reflection up on the ceiling. After i deleivered my second daughter i kept on putting weight and you all know how the middle eastern food do hahah.

Back in 2012 I used to weigh 108 kilograms 238 pounds. I am between 5'3 5'4 not sure. I did calorie counting with a lot of cheating and falling down from the wagon. Most of my time is not doing exercise, I have a ver sedentary lifestyle, sometimes I get motivation and do cardio and some weight lifting but after weeks I don't do any. I went from 108 Kg to 84 Kg by only calorie counting. I started LCHP similar to atkins diet on the first of December but I ate ice cream on the 3rd of December, but from there I did stick to rules and did not cheat. I went from 84 to 81, but I saw people losing so much weight especially on the first 3 weeks.

I quit from atkins, I just cant handle it... I need fruits from now and then, so I went back to my calorie counting after gaining nearly 6 kilos from two weeks reckless holidays. I started sunday 26 Jan calorie counting after 3 days I lost 2 kilos !! I will record my weight every week. Wish me good luck, btw I forget to mention that I am doing some cardio and strength 6 days a week 1 hour cardio and from 15-30 min strength.
