😁 thank you for the encouragement! I’ve learned this is all part of the process. I ate out yesterday and was way over on carbs so I’m happy my weight didn’t increase! 

They may test your fate as HDK stated above but just pull an old female trick...just smile politely and wink..it works wonders and opens all kind of doors for you lol..;) love you sweetie ...;)

Those last 5-10 pounds seem to want to stick around, don't they? Keep doing what you're doing :)

I've spent better part of a year on 5 pounds, although my wife and friends want me to put on 20.  

I am stuck like chuck with only 3 pounds until I meet my goal and my d.h. says I am too skinny but I ignore him and just keep on trucking. hang in Momma6224! 

It seems to happen in woman a lot Ive read many articles on it...Ginger I hear you girl.... my hubby will say the same thing he thinks that I'm about 120 lbs....I'm like no....I weigh 20 lbs more than that... I have a grand daughter who weighs that...anyway he thinks I'm tiny ...always has thought silly man lol

Thanks everyone! I really want to lose more than 5 or even 10 so hope I’m not working on that for a year 😬 Id love to get close to what I weighed when I got married (115-120) just to see if I can do it! I haven’t been below 135 in almost 20 years!
