I'm happy with the results this week. I was much better with my diet (still some room for improvement, but I am happy). I watched my sodium intake and I think that was a large factor in my loss this week. I need to get away from the computer and start living life. More bike riding, more working in the yard...spending time with the kids, cause they won't be kids forever.
I'm still surprised by how many people comment on my weight loss. I know I have lost a bunch, but I still have a ways to go...not quite there yet.
Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great week and is staying motivated (except posterchild...have a bag of chips & some beer!!)
