Lakeport, CA High 60°Low 43° Flock of a couple hundred pelicans feeding on a school out front in the lake. Beautiful day. I need to get out in it. My sweet dog, Bobby, and I have have been inside nursing bugs. Going to take a walk in the sunshine. Hour 16 on fast. No really hungry yet. When I eat so late in the day it's hard getting in enough nutrients to meet needs. End up doing coffee bombs late evening to get them up there. Great for fat but really not good nutrition. Balance is everything. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Do something to make it so. 👍❤

Do something to MAKE it SO is the operative phrase! So many of us just let life happen instead of seizing it and MAKING it happen for ourselves!!!🙆🏻 I think that is one of the most incredible things about losing weight and about this site. 💁🏻‍♀️People suddenly see all the possibilities and start to TAKE charge and stop being passive ride alongs in this process!! 🙋🏻
