Another victory this week!

Last night I squeezed into a pair of jeans I wore on my 16th birthday, when I was 35 pounds lighter! I can't wear them out quite yet but will soon because they'll only fit for a short time.

This confirms what I already knew, I am in the best shape of my adult life right now.

Although this is a slow process, I'm toning up and am gaining confidence that I'll be right where I want to be when I hit my long term goal. I'm back to being thrilled at the prospect of only having about 60 pounds to go, waking up with renewed drive each day. Funny how it always comes around the holidays, the hardest time of year for most.
