Non-scale victory..
when looking unsuccessfully in M&S fir a dress, I came across a lovely top. White chiffon, with floral print and an inner white vest top... it fitted!! Still a bit tight.. so it's hanging on the wardrobe to inspire me and keep me on track.. probably need to lose another inch or so from my middle/boobs for it to be more comfortable.
I know their sizes can be vanity sizing, but it's a SIZE 10😉.. so I've definitely lost 15 inches off my waist since Christmas 😊

OH has bought krackerwheat.. from have teeth whitening strips to put on if the urge gets too much.. then I can't eat for 30 mins!
Keep looking at the new floral shirt and imagine it fitting comfortably

It's not real weight - inflammation - which you know you have a lot of - and antibiotics. Keep it up, that top may fit by the wedding.

Yes, April's right. You can do this on the iPhone too, if the photo is stored on your iPhone. Go to Safari, go to Google, type in fatsecret uk. Go to the bottom of the page and chose the middle symbol (looks like a square with an arrow pointing up), scroll through the icons on the bottom row, until you find "Request Desktop Site", chose that then you will probably have to sign in, then you will be on the desktop site instead of the mobile app. You can then record a journal and add a photo from your iPhone library.

Thanks Doobrie and April.. I tried this but it keeps defaulting to
Mobile.fatsecret.co.uk, even when I delete the " mobile" bit, it comes back
I'll get the kids to look at it later, but I think the urge to post my photo has passed 😊

You shouldn't have to delete the "mobile" bit, Poppy. Get your kids to follow my instructions - that's if they don't know how to do it anyway. Kids are amazing on computers, etc, aren't they?

Yes, I did Poppy - very pretty too. That's another way of adding photos on the iPhone of course.
