Well...errr...umm...hmm...I did eat alot more calories yesterday, BUT I did stay within my carb limits. I think I am retaining a bit of water as TOM (sorry guys if TMI) is just a couple days within sight.

It could be from calories or TOM. Drink some extra water and stay on plan. It will come off again.

I know it can be frustrating when those small bumps happens, but don't forget to look at the trend of your weight loss. As long as it is overall going down and not up, then you are doing great. It's probably just water retention from TOM or sodium intake. Just keep to your plan and it will be gone in no time.
