29 days to go 12.1lbs to go No weight loss, but no gain 20g carbs
Hoping for weight loss again tomorrow Stuck to my plan Picked my mum up from the airport.. annoyingly we got there early and the flight was delayed.So nipped to the supermarket. When we came back the road to the airport was closed for roadworks. Followed a long diversion which took us back to the original closed roundabout! 😡😡😡Found my own way, but it turned a 30 min drive into a 2 hour drive. Still, my lovely mum only had to wait for 10 mins, so it wasn't too bad. Phew!
Hadn't seen my mum for 13 days as she was in Ireland with her sisters. She was worried in case I wasn't well, as I've visibly got much smaller and changed shape since we last met.!!!!
I had to reassure her that I'm ok and I had deliberately lost the weight.. and that I didn't need an extra dinner or cakes to make up for the "energy I'd lost on my extra long drive" 😁
Plan for today: ACV .. forgot last night as I got home after midnight Fast until at least lunchtime, maybe evening meal No cheese or Krackerwheat ( they're calling me) Water in the car ready, buy nuts on the way to work
