Imagine yourself where you want to be and make it happen.... I want to be back under 200lbs so I am projecting positively.. I can do this, I will do this, Ive done this before..Im two weeks away if I dont ef it up.. I need to hunker down and make it happen. Im back to losing again now that the holidays are half way over. I just need to stay true to myself and my long term plan (this is my pep talk lol). Tomorrow is my bday and Im asking my family to skip the cake. I got the whole , "but how will we sing happy bday " yada.. I said , sing it anyway.. I dont need cake to have a happy birthday. I know they wont listen anyway so I plan to hit the gym early and have a bite or two. I hope every one has a awesome and productive day! Cheers.
