thank you everyone =).. my root canal is all done fix.. it not too bad , just little sore.. and pain med is help much.. and my weight just suddenly dropped from 239 to 229 in one day.. i not know what cause suddenly dropped that quickly.. i have two meal a day. and i feel much relxa and i not doing any workout, only housework like clean stuff up and doing farming stuff for feeding our livestock animals not much else =)

So glad to hear you got the tooth taken care of, mouth pain is sheer misery! I think what you just experienced was the wooooosh effect. I've read that when you use up the fat in the fat cells the body fills them with water, then suddenly it decides that you don't need the water anymore and flushes it all out. I always look forward to the wooshes!
