So I'm finally half way!!

While it's really exciting, it's a little depressing because I'm still too sick to do the 5K walk/run today. My fever is still just over 100F and have a cough that sounds like I smoke 10 packs a day! I can't imagine ever finishing the course with a cough this bad! Showering was my test to see if I was okay, and that wasn't easy - my legs felt weak - not something I think is a good thing when you're doing a 5K.

So the excitement of being over half way is somewhat overshadowed by the fact that I can't do the 5K that I REALLY want to do.
