Good morning, hope everyone is having a happy Tuesday so far. Downright chilly this morning at 62 degrees, lol. High od 82 today. Nice. Fall is sneaking in.
Allergist appointment this morning. She wont be happy to hear I forget to take my bedtime med she prescribed me 50% of the time. It puts me to sleep so I take it last minute and thats when I forget. Needless to say Im still having reactions to heat, cold, strenuous activity or exercise (after about 40 mins) and some chemicals. No doubt bc I forget to take the antihistamine!

It is Mountain Man. And I have mixed feelings about it lol. Goldenrod is in bloom, acorns on the ground, and chilly in the mornings

I love the cooler temps. 60s are great for me. I feel sheepish now because I don't take my allergy med and should. Hate them.

I love it too Morticia once I get used to it after all the high 90s. But it only leads to gray winter, lol. I hate them too. So now they've given me a second one to take in the mornings on top of the nighttime one.

Good morning Holly. I hope the appointment with the allergist went well. It’s not always easy to remember to take meds. Do you have an alarm on your phone? I use mine & find it helpful. Even a post-it on the bathroom mirror would work.

Good morning Val. It did go well. She gave me another non-drowsy antihistamine for mornings, and continue to take the nighttime one as well, as I remember, lol. I do have an alarm on my phone, and that is definitely something I may have to do. For now Im trying setting the bottle of meds on the counter in plain view. That should do it. I hope! How are you my sweet friend? Im so glad you are still checking in 🥰 Hope you have the very best Wednesday 🥰

Windy, my sister had 2 meds she would forget to take. She bought some pretty decorative bottles & leaves them out on her kitchen counter to remind her. I take meds/ supplements in the morning & at bedtime. I put them all in a pill pack. First thing as coffee is perking I get the morning ones out. Just before bed, I take the night ones.

The pretty bottles idea sounds nice, that I would like to do. I dont have much trouble remembering daytime, but for some reason evenings my mind just has a mind of its own and takes off for God knows where! Im going to find a couple pretty bottles, thanks, Sherry!

It felt like 100.4° here yesterday and today is a little cooler but not much. Suppose to leave on Friday 🤞
Maybe you could wave your arms north and send some of that cool air this way 😜

High of 77 here today Val, which is WAY cool for this time of year here in the south. Sounds like you're having record heat for this time of year up North. Im originally from Massachusetts and late August / early Septembers were COOL. Where are you going on Friday, Val?

High of 79 here. I love that it's cooler but still a comfy temperature. I was able to get some bush trimming done yesterday without dieing in the heat. Summer is not over though. Forcast of 90's again Monday.

I hope the new med in conjunction with your current one will give you some relief. I’m doing well thanks. Not many things hold me down, I’m made from tough Nova Scotia stock. 😉
I have family that moved to Massachusetts and ancestors also. In and around Boston to be exact.
