Quiet Sunday morning of coffee and clouds. Ive had my week in the sun, now the forecast dictates its time for books and inside work. I need to start a new project. Meantime, son is coming over with his two little girls for supper tonight, so I'll make ham and potatoes and all their favorites. I'll eat a small slice of ham with salad, and a small potato. No dessert! They can have ice cream. First week on the 5/2 semi fast plan. Did pretty well and stayed beneath 700 cals on the 2 *fast* days. Next week I'll shoot for under 600. Tomorrow is weigh in and the first *2* day for the week. Hasnt been hard at all. Hope everyone is enjoying their morning, happy Sunday!
