My weight has gone up although I kept within my weekly calorie range of +/- 10 500 Calories.
My fat buddy, Snezica, warned me that my sore muscles will retain water so that's probably the reason for the weight gain. It's all part of the journey and after 7 weeks of weight loss I am not disappointed to see the small gain.
Glad to be back at gym, body is still a bit sore and stiff but that will loosen up over the next week or so. I've started taking a herbal fat loss supplement today that will help shed some of the water and make my muscles with their recovery and healing.

yeah, when you just start and your muscles start to shred they retain some water once they're healed up you'll see that drop....just curious to know what your using? have you used it before and has it worked?

It's not commercial in SA so you don't find it in stores. I have an import business so I source various products. Its a blend of 15 herbs in the form of 3 capsules. I used it before and lost 10kg in 3 months with at least 2 gym sessions a week. It helped with suppressing appetite and shedding of water. My sister used it for 4 months and lost 22+kg and she only went to gym about 5 times in total in that whole 4 months. It's pricey at about R700 a month but works. I just wanted to make sure I could lose weight/fat without such products because the weight comes back when u stop using it because your food consumption is still all wrong. People are using stuff like Duramine - now that's hectic and crazy!!! lol. I prefer herbal products that are effective but won't risk killing yourself :)

It's not important what the scale says, just how you feel. I bet you feel sore, have more energy and you feel proud for keeping up with your plan :-)

Spot-on Snezica :) Weight aint an issue to me as long as the stored fat is getting used up. If I can be 120kg to 130kg with minimal bodyfat then I'm gonna be super happy :D
