Was missing in action yesterday. Rather than the shopping day I had planned, I was in the bed sick as a dog since Tuesday night. First time up and about this morning and still not feeling all that well, but better than yesterday for sure! On the plus side I broke my plateau (took sickness to do it) and lost 4.5 since weigh in Tuesday. I think most of that will be water loss tho. So I'm going to wait til tomorrow to log my weight to see how much might actually be fat loss. Sipping tea and nibbling crackers to see what my stomach can handle today. Hope everyone is doing fine and hopefully avoiding this bug thats going around. It's not fun!

Oh you poor thing. So sorry Windy. Stomach bugs are thee worse to me. I have vomiting and always cry. Not a baby, just physically happens…tears always stream down my face instantly. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you all so much. I hope you dont get it either Morticia. It is the pits! Feeling better tonight. Didnt finish my chicken but ate a carrot and peas and a little chicken. Wifey, I feel the very same way. Im no baby either, but that kind of sickness is just miserable. Stay well everyone!
