The dogs are so cute! I have getting into the salt some too/ Very easy to do.  

My salt intake is usually pretty low but if I start stir frying again it will go up because of adding soy sauce. Love the picture of the dogs! 

Thanks fritzy and Morticia. The whole picture i couldnt get to fit in the parameters of FS. Both dogs were curled identically. It was so cute. Little man always cuddles with big man. Big man never chooses to cuddle with little man but allows him to lay on top of him. So funny. 

Awwwww I wanna see both doggies. And I want a nap too. 😅😅 Your gain is normal. Drink extra water, give it a few days, no worries my love. Happens to me too!! 🩷🩷🩷 

❤️ the dogs! Salt got me, too. My fingers were swollen when I took my rings off at the Gym today. Canned soup & turkey sausage.  

I watched a YouTube video about hydration recently, and one of the key take-aways was " water follows 'stuff'." In this context, sodium/salt is holding water in your body, and until some time has passed to excrete the excess sodium, you will retain the water-weight. Creatine Monohydrate has a similar water attraction to sodium, so people who regularly consume it can actually expect to gain water weight when they start using it, and reversely, can expect to lose a similar amount when they cease use, given they are staying well hydrated. TLDR: Lots of sodium means lots of temporary water-based weight gain; similarly Creatine Monohydrate helps hydrate your muscle tissue and allows for more intense workouts, in a more healthy way!

Beautiful dogs! Prob the sodium but salt is not necessarily bad depending on what kind it is. The sodium in soy sauce is prob inflammatory. :/ Water can help the next few days. I guess I missed it, I’m sorry…who passed? 

Storms my mother-in-law passed 3 weeks ago. Funeral was yesterday. Sudden. Unexpected. Diana, i often lay my head on my white boys shoulder and we both sleep or we spoon. The black kid is more of a “i will lay near you but dont pull me in too tight unless it is MY idea” kind of a boy.

Sherrye-i know it’s the sodium i didnt eat 10,000 calories at a stir fry place in one evening but it was startling. I hadn’t planned to weight myself because i knew scale was going to be up but i got curious. 

Wifey-im just not very good with the pix. There used to be an option to make the pictures small medium or large but it went away so i dont know how to crop it down so whole thing shows up. How are you doing??? I love my boys they are so fun 

@chandlers222-i used to take creatine about 35 years ago but haven’t since and im not sure what creatine monohydrate is? Can you educate me a little?
