For the weight? Thank you Buenita. I’ve been at maintenance for about 7 months now. Trying to be vigilant with a 3 ish pound window. Not below 135 not above 138.8. Never done it that way before. I used to just try and stay at one number and i often did but now i have things like bathroom issues i never had when i was young that effect the day to day. Sorry for the TMI but it’s things folks dont realize sometimes. Hope you and your husband have a peaceful weekend. I know he is recovering and that is tough on whole family (worry and so on).
