Happy New Year Suma lets hope its a good one 

Thanks Chestnut. A Happy New Year to you! I hope you get out of hospital soon. I went into 2023 with such high hopes and after a reasonable year with some amazing times, December was a terrible month, which clouded everything. So I’m not holding my breath for 2024…we shall see if life gets better. Really hoping it doesn’t get worse! 

I am glad you generally had a good apart from December lets hope 2024 is good for us all. 

You’re always kind, even when you’re going through a bad patch. I’m just feeling very disillusioned. Someone who I thought I knew and was very dear to me, turned out to be a complete stranger. I’m sure there is a life lesson in there, but for now I’m just trying to get through each day. If some people in my life turn out to be lacking in honour and integrity, I’m glad I know now…I just can’t help feeling sad that they aren’t who I thought they were and all the wasted years believing in them. Oh well, it’s a very hard lesson, but it has also shown me how many wonderful people I do have in my life and how much I have to be grateful for. Just a really rubbish time at the moment. Trying to get back to things I can control, like my diet. I’m trying not to comfort eat over people who aren’t worth my time!🙈😂 

Suma my troubles where manily of my owm doing . Don 't lose heart your such a kind person amd always had time for me. Peonople who think you often turn out to be something different. I am sure it a lesson come out sa stronger personPlease strong and a prosperous New Year Paul

Oh Suma, I'm so sorry you've been hurt this way, life's lessons are often very painful. I too learned this earlier in the year, give yourself time to grieve, because it is a loss, then straighten your crown queen, you've got this!

Aww Jolitt…what a sweet message. I’m sorry you’ve had a rough year too. I’m always amazed by the kindness of strangers, in comparison to the people we love, who turn out to be careless and unkind. The world is full of wonderful people and I need to try and not overthink or overanalyse. Hope 2024 is wonderful for all of us! 

I love that song but it’s been Def Leppard on repeat Anne. I think you know which one it might be. I’ve joined the gym. Now just need to go!

Not really. It was a tough December and it’s all been a blur. It’s funny how you think things can’t get worse, then they do😅! Praying for a happier 2024.

Happy New Year Nikina!!! Wonderful news about the visa. What a relief. I joined the gym on New Year’s Day. Haven’t been yet! But starting with a PT on Monday. Really hoping it gets back to where I was.
