The weekend was pretty good . I didnt slip up except for the fact that i put my hand in a potatoe chip bag and sait"oh my god, i can't have this" and that was it! the SB diet is hard but its getting easier. I am on day 9 and i think i can do it-but i really still want that hot fudge sunday!!!!but my celery with laughing cow cheese will have to do!

oh! I do that ALL the time...like when I'm mixing DD a bowl of mac and cheese, I have the spoon all the way up to my mouth and before I take a lick I think "What are you doing?!" It's scary to think that I did that without even thinking! You're almost done with Phase I!! WOO HOO!

Oh mac & chesse sounds so good! I cant believe i am excited to think about all the future food i can eat- Fruit is going to taste so good! I never thought i would miss icecream(my biggest weakness) so much! I Can Do It! I hope!!!
