had a little bit of a cheat day on Saturday, but can't say no to my dad's ribs and coleslaw. he loves to cook and he know's that i am trying to lose weight and i think he finally respects the idea after seeing that i've lost 30lbs so far. when i told him my start weight he didn't beleave me because it was 20lbs. under his own weight and he's 6'5". so he said something nice i've heard before, "well you carry the weight well." i know people mean well when they say that but boy i can not wait until i never have to hear those words again. or i have such a pretty face....
