Just for a week i have decided to weigh in everyday. why? just to see how much my weight can fluctuate.

I am pulling a sickie from work today, very bad i know but i'm stressed and my IBS is putting me through hell so i really need a day to get back to normal. i also need to do some organising of my room because it is a tip :P

How is your week going so far?

I am in need of some organization. I always leave it for the weekend. Then I'm not home on the weekends. haha. It will get done one day. You enjoy Rise Against or Alkaline Trio?

I need some too i am absolutly rubbish at getting organised and my room is always in a big mess. i do indeed enjoy rise against and i flippin LOVE the trio *sings off key * I was just a stupid kid back theeeeen

nope TOM is done now :)its just a general experiment to see how much it can fluctuate

My weight fluctuates SO MUCH! +-5 pounds, seriously. I am stickin to inches. That's a much better indicator for me. You should do the same!!! Well, it would be centimeters, right :)

hehe i use inches. im not using it to judge my weight as such i just genuinly want to see how it changes day by day :)

They are fun to work out to. Rise Against's concerts are such a work out. Haha if only I could afford lots of shows. I'd use the excuse "it will help me lose weight" to justify the cost of concerts. Haha my boyfriend would probably buy that excuse.

Sometimes I weigh myself twice in one day: in the evening to show myself what I can accomplish by morning if I don't lose control. I hope you feel better Selina.

My week is going ok - had a medical test midweek so my stomach has been off but I haven't lost any weight! Hope you feel better!
