Down almost half a pound after I did 44 minutes worth of exercise at the gym yesterday. I'm back into a routine after a week off (granted, I also spent over an hour last week walking around downtown Willemstad in 80 degree heat, and if that doesn't count as exercise nothing does). It's gratifying to see that my weight continues on its downward trajectory.
I'm back to a careful count of calories too, after a week in which I had less control than I liked.

It's warm in Ohio too.... It's supposed to be 95 today. A far cry from early April with snow flurries! But I enjoy the weather either way, it's the only weather we have, and I try not to let the extreams stop me from doing what I need to do! Congratulations on the continued downward momentum! I know your going to get to your goal eventually!

Congrats on the loss, Yeah after I come back from a visit to my sisters
I seem to not have a scale move for a few days..I know it has to be from the swelling from the food and the driving..My legs and hands swell if I drive for a few hours...Have a great day buddy...Bren
