Grrr! I'm NOT happy with my 3 lb weight gain. BUT, I think I know what caused it, & I KNOW how to fix it! #1, I'm still battling with an upper gastric "clog" (my word, for not quite a blockage, but still things aren't "moving" like they should be). #2, I know I've over-indulged & made some poor choices in the last week, which of course also accounts partly for my gain. Good news is, I am taking steps to correct these problems, so hopefully next week's weigh-in will bring happier news. So, til next time dear FS Buddies, Skinny Hugz, GLAMMER

No problems, just get back to what you know works. Hope your gastric issue is resolved quickly.

Love that you owned your mistakes instead of making excuses:) Your "clog" doesn't sound too healthy, have you gotten it checked out?

boy, i hope that clog goes away and everything starts running smoothly. good for you for looking at this as an opportunity to reevaluate, instead of a discouragement. hang in there!

the most important thing is keep on keepin on .. up down .. isn't the key <3 and we must never beat ourself up just like ya said your re-adjusting <3 thumbs up <3 sweet dreams <3
