Ok, so 1kg up from the last official weigh-in and 0.7kg down from my un-official weigh-in last Friday. And actually 1.2kg down from Monday - so I'm happy with that. Calorie counting is still going well despite two ciders last night.
This weekend will be a challenge, but I'll still try to track everything. Hoping to check out Derby Pride at Markeaton Park tomorrow, after a bit of retail therapy in the morning. Then it's a picnic and walk around the grounds of Calke Abbey on Sunday.

humpT - I've only tried Thatchers Haze once and I must admit it was not my favourite. I've not tried Bulmers yet, but will give it a go now that you've mentioned it.
My usual go-to is Kopparberg, Old Mout or Rekorderlig and there are certain flavours I choose most over others. I guess I should really try the normal Thatchers as well. And I've had Aspall twice and really liked it, but it seems rare to find.💪👍
