Slept 6.8hhrs last night. mask leak. Resting BP 121/83 54 irregular BM-yes I was craving tacos, but I did not want to eat ground beef. So I added a whole bunch of finely chopped vegetables to a large pan on stove. Sautéed till soft on medium heat with 3 tsp olive oil & added water. Added garlic powder , lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, no-salt seasoning, salsa & dry taco seasoning mix. Veggies I used were zucchini, onion, carrot, cabbage, celery, sweet potato, & fresh mushroom. I topped it with lettuce, salsa, and plain Greek yoghurt. It was really good and filling. Next time I will use red hot sauce & less taco seasoning mix as it is too high in salt for my heart.
