Between the chocolate addicts challenge and the help I can't stop eating challenge I successfully managed to not eat junk and not overeat for 6 whole weeks! on the day after the challenge ended I did eat a whole packet of shapes but I did it and it makes me feel strong to be able to do it again! After my 2nd baby i easily lost 20kg with normal eating and exercise. It was only when I got down to losing the last 5kg that I started depriving myself of things and then started overeating on them. I think everything in moderation is the way to go but it's easier said than done!

Don't worry about the scales. Your clothes tell you that you are doing great. :)

You are doing wonderful, just keep your measurements and pay attention to how your clothes fit and you will be fine.

Thanks deb and chicalean. I think i look the same and clothes all fit so hopefully I am maintaining! I just gave away all of my size larger clothes to someone who really needs them so no going back!
